Terms of Service

1 Services

We provide website design, development, maintenance, and related digital services. All services are subject to individual agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply all necessary content (text, images, branding)
• Respond in a timely manner to requests and approvals

Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

3 Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice
• We may require upfront deposits before work begins
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4 Revisions & Scope Changes

Projects include a limited number of revisions as agreed. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5 Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, fonts) remain subject to their own licenses

6 Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, hosting providers, or plugins. We are not responsible for outages, updates, or issues caused by these external services.

7 Website Maintenance & Security

Unless explicitly included in a maintenance agreement:

• Ongoing updates and security are the client's responsibility
• We are not liable for hacks, data loss, or downtime after project completion

8 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Website downtime caused by hosting providers
• Client misuse or unauthorized modifications

9 Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments must still be settled.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
